Remaining balance is due at project completion before final delivery.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:

Required content, images, and approvals
Timely feedback to avoid delays
5. Revisions
We offer revisions according to the package selected. Additional revisions or new feature requests may incur additional charges.
6. Ownership & Copyright
Final files are handed over after full payment. NorthPay Systems LLC reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless restricted by the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Third-party plugin issues
Hosting/server downtime
Loss caused by client-side changes or misuse
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payment terms are violated
Client misuses services or violates policies
